LAURIETON LAKEFRONT CARAVAN PARK & LIFESTYLE VILLAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your acceptance of an accommodation booking or an accommodation quotation is acknowledgement and agreement to the following Terms and Conditions and agreement to our Privacy Policy.

1. PETS ARE WELCOME

Pets are welcome at our park although prior approval is required when booking.

2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

The cost for a particular booking is based on the number and type of guests (ie adults, children, babies) for the specified dates and duration. Any changes to the booking may change the cost.

Type of guests: infants age 0-2 years, children age 3-15 years and adults 16+ years old. Quoted prices are current at the time of booking, inclusive of GST and firm upon full payment for the specified accommodation, number of guests, dates and duration of stay.

All bookings require a prepayment before the booking can be confirmed. The following methods can be used to make a payment:

Credit card/ debit card (Mastercard, Visa) over the phone or via email
Bank deposits – acceptable when paid at least 10 business days before arrival
Personal cheques are only accepted if received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Your full name, address, license number and reservation number are required to be written on the back of the cheque/money order. Fees apply for dishonoured cheques.
Upon arrival the balance of any account needs to be settled, if required. We will also require to sight your photo identification. If a booking was made by a third party, you will be asked to present an authorisation letter and a copy of the credit card holders photo identification.

Booking a Specific Site

No specific site is guaranteed but requests will be noted based on availability.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments for reservations made wholly or partially will only be refunded if the site or cabin that you have booked is able to be rebooked.

Early departures

You will not receive a refund should you cut short your reservation or holiday.

Failure to Notify of Cancellation

If you have only paid a deposit for your booking and you do not notify the park owner of your cancellation or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, your reservation may be cancelled by the park owner without refund of any paid deposit.

4. TARIFFS

The Tariff on this website applies to the first two people occupying either accommodation or a site. There is a charge for extra persons. A different tariff applies for adults (persons 16 years or older) and children (persons between the ages of two and fifteen inclusive).

Infants under two years of age are free of charge. Additional fees will apply for linen and cot hire, which will be discussed at the time of reservation.

All tariffs on this website represent the charges applicable per night. Please note the Tariffs and are subject to change without Notice.

Goods and Service Tax (GST) is included in tariffs listed.

5. CONDITIONS OF STAY AND ENTRY INTO THE PARK

We reserve the right to refuse entry into the Park. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances. You are required to provide adequate personal identification as a condition of your stay.

Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless other arrangements are made with our consent.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and will we comply with the Australian National Privacy Principles established under the Privacy Act.

Collection of Personal Information

We may collect personal information that identifies you such as your name, address and contact details. Such information may be collected in the ordinary course of business of dealing with you.

Whenever we collect personal information we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that it is maintained in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and any applicable law.

You can gain access to the information we hold about you and ask for correction of your personal information by contacting The Manager, Laurieton Lakefront Caravan Park & Lifestyle Village, 229 Ocean Drive, Laurieton. NSW. 2443.

7. RECEPTION HOURS

Operating hours for Reception are 10-2pm seven days per week unless otherwise advised.
Check-in time is from 2pm. If you will be arriving after hours, please contact our office to arrange for a late arrival check-in.
Check-out time is prior to 10am on the day of departure.
